Homeschool Quarterly Report 2nd Grade

by Sandra Foyt on January 25, 2008

The second Quarterly Report is due, and I’m tempted to turn in the minimum that fulfills New York requirements.  In my first Quarterly Report I included a lot of unnecessary detail, including coverage of subjects that are not required in New York.  Now I’m trying to decide between: (1) the bare essentials Quarterly Report; (2) a sufficient Quarterly Report; or (2) too much information Quarterly Report.

As always, I went with the too much information option.  Here is our second Quarterly Report:

Quarter Beginning and Ending Dates: 11/10/07 – 1/25/08

Number of Days Present: 45 Days

Alex understands math concepts quickly and easily; however, he doesn’t like to work through too many problems at a time. This is hindering his progress, but it ensures that he has a solid understanding before moving forward. I believe that he is on target to complete the planned material.
