Did you think I’d forgotten you?  Or that I was on another extended trip far away from digital devices?

No, I’m here, and I’m brimming with new ideas and new projects.  Bursting, even!

I’ve been busy exploring new technology (Oh, yes, I’m surfing the Wave!), developing new goals, redefining my ambitions, etc., etc.

As we head into the new decade, I plan to overhaul On Living By Learning to focus on Enrichment.  I’ll explain what I mean, in another post.  And, I’ll share the remodeling process, in other posts.

In the meantime, I’d love to hear from you.  Are there blog features that I’ve done in the past that you’d like me to bring back?  Would you like to see more articles on homeschooling in New York or about digital learning?  Do you enjoy the Mommy Blog posts about my family? Tell me!  Post a comment, or contact me directly.  I want to hear from you!

Don’t worry, I won’t go as far as these guys!  Or will I?

I’m pretty sure I know what you mean by enrichment, and if I’m right, I’m really jazzed! You have a lot of great home-schooling ideas, several of which I’ve used as enrichment anyway for my kids who aren’t home-schooled.

While I love all your stuff, the posts that I really click with – no pun intended – are the ones that blend family-related AND enrichment. How various activities worked with your kids, along with your reaction. And you trip last summer was the greatest – not only did I get to live your journey vicariously, but I also picked up some great ideas for when we travel, even if it’s just across the state or across town.

Thanks, Debra! This is just the feedback I needed. I was visualizing the enrichment articles as separate from the family posts, but I guess I have been mixing them up sometimes (even if I didn’t realize it.) I’m eager to see what I can write when I’m following this format consciously!

Can’t wait to see what you’ve come up with, although I have to agree with Debra that you have already shown us some great venues for enrichment via your family posts. Like running off to Boston to see Da Vinci!
